Talking Player of the Day April 03

I'm sorry but it must go to Barry Bonds again-two homeruns today and two yesterday. Amazing! My second pick would be pitcher David Wells of the New York Yankees. He pitched 7.1 innings and allowed four hits and allowed no runs in a 1-0 victory over Baltimore.

I'll go Wells ... now, that's a guy on MY fantasy... unfortunatley, he only had 1 SO so I just got 1 W and 1 SO for his 7-plus inning effort.

Bonds man. The guy is just flat out amazing. Every time I watch one of his games I just say to myself, he's gonna hit one out, and he does! Absolutley amazing.

I love his swing. Mark McGwire's I didn't really like.... Bonds' swing and his stance is just so fluent, all in one motion. I love watching him hit long balls!

I expected Bonds to have a GOOD, not SPECTACULAR year. He's showing signs of greatness, once again!

Of course you have to be matching up with me this week, Nate. I guess it didn't help I started Carpenter before I traded him.

As for Bonds, he can be player of the game again, I won't oppose him.
