Heres someoen no one else even mentioned... Antwaan Randle El for the Steelers. He's as fast as lightning, has all the talent in the world, and has great hands. Watch for him to be a factor early on.

I guess I wouldn't call Randle El a sleeper. Seems that most people know he's something. It's a tough call for him, really. Much is expected of Bell, but folks will be stunned if he finishes with 230 tackles, 20 sacks, and seven interceptions. I guess it's a matter of expectations sometimes.

Looking for a true sleeper player, try Mr Irrelevant, WR for Oakland. I don't remember his name off the top of my head, but last I read, he was likely to make the roster, which is sort of rare for Mr Irrelevants.

Did you look into your crystal ball for that one?

Yes he will be under high media pressure in chicago, but I also think that given a second chance he might be able to prove himself. We all know he chokes under pressure but that still doesn't mean that he can't be a good quarterback.

I'm just going to wait till the end of this year, and if I'm wrong I'm wrong. But as this thread was meant for, Kordell is my sleeper pick.

Is Walker? Last I heard, and I follow the Packers extensively, is that Walker and Ferguson are still battling for it and we won't know until the season. With the injuries the receivers have sustained in the preseason, it's been hard to judge either, but Ferguson is more physical and experienced, although he doesn't have as high potential as Walker. Personally, I'd like Walker to be the No. 2 and he eventually will be, but I didn't know it was determined already.

Well Marc, I have checked the Packers web site and they have Driver and Walker starting with Ferguson on the second team depth chart. Maybe that will change, but I like Walker better than I do Ferguson as a play maker on the field.

So do I. Interestingly, Walker was the No. 3 in Friday's preseason game in which the Packers beat the Browns.

Yeah, I watched that game, and I think that was Ferguson's first preseason game, so they probably wanted Ferguson to get some reps with Favre. I still think Walker will be their #2, but Ferguson will be in the rotation for that spot and will play in their 3 wide receiver set.

Najeh Davenpoop as I like to call him since his incident last year, looks like he is gonna steal a little time the backfield from Ahman Green. Nick Luchey is also a pretty good pickup as a big back in the backfield for Green Bay. I like their offense for the most part, but I still think teams can attack them with the passing game. The Packers first string D has been torched by Mike Vick and Kelly Holcomb now in the 2 preseason games they have had.
