Default Race for the SEC East crown

Well, despite UGA playing like total crap today on offense, they manage to pull out a win. UK was unable to capitalize on 4 UGA turnovers. Moreno did get his 100+ yards, but Stafford was less than impressive, to say the least.

Vandy let Tennessee slip away from them. I don't think there is any way UT can beat the Wildcats in Lexington next weekend. A Volunteer win, and they head to Atlanta. A loss, and UGA goes to the SEC title game for a big time showdown w/LSU.

Oh, and UF lost all chance of getting to the championship game w/the UGA victory. (for you mush )

You really outplayed us Marc. We were lucky today. The offense was bad, and Stafford made a lot of bad throws. The defense was just teeing off on him to. He took some huge shots.

That being said, our defense played much better than I expected. I was figuring a shootout.

Oh, and my last sentence evaluating the Vols: At Kentucky at the end of the year is going to be huge

Yes, my powers of prognostication are tremendous. Yet somehow, I can't get the damn pick ems every week.

edit: you have to love the triple post.............

Mike. Keep Dreaming there is no way UT slips up. We gave our last lackluster effort and Vandy let us get away. In a roundabout way if UT loses I will be ok becuase I really don't like LSU at all and I do believe that UGA has a better shot at beating them then we do.

You have to believe that Brooks will challenge these guys. High expectations at Kentucky have fallen short of late, and if The Cats can have a say so with who makes it to Atlanta, it would be somewhat of a moral victory.
Im like everyone else as a fan. I want the best game. And I really do think LSU and Georgia are the two best at this time in the conference. But with one game to go, they both will have to earn it. The Tech game will be a slobberknocker, and the Hog players are playing with emotion for their coach to go out with a bang with a win over the nations top dog.
Look for three dandy games up-coming this week.

Tennessee @ Kentucky
Georgia @ Georgia Tech
Arkansas @ LSU 4 OT's

DM3 where have you been man?

Hey, a man can dream of upsets can't he?

I'm sort of torn on the whole issue. If UGA faces LSU in the championship and loses, they drop to the Outback more than likely. But if UT faces LSU and loses, plus UGA wins Saturday, they go to the Sugar....

Yeah, but if they go to the Sugar, I go to N'awlins for the 1st time ever.

Of course, hanging out w/you in the Bay doesn't sound like too bad of an idea. Especially if you are cooking.
