"Brady's shoulder, not ankle, on injury report"

Taking attention from the ankle or lulling the Giants into overconfidence? They say the shoulder has been on the report most of the year but who knows what Belichick is up to...

The shoulder has appeared every week on the injury report since the week after the first game. I have always had my doubts as to how 'injured' he really is. I am sure Bill is going to be getting a call from the league office about this.

Win or lose, Pats make history
By Gerry Callahan
Thursday, January 31, 2008
...Of course, no one has gone 18-0 and then lost the Super Bowl, either. So your New England Patriots make history either way. They are either inarguably the greatest football team ever, or they are the guys who could not close the deal. Underachievers. Chokers. Flops. We don’t have to tell you that millions of fans will revel in an upset Sunday night. It will get ugly...

The rest of the story

The Will Smith movie I Am Legend actually made its prediction for this year's Super Bowl winner:

"Giants lose to Patriots for second time this season 23 to 7."

SB week always has 'gems' that are uncovered:

Ex-Giant says team doesn't miss Shockey

&

Tiki says he doesn't deserve Giants' scorn

Never a dull moment...

23-7?

The Patriots will have at least 23 on the board by halftime.

Let's see who's elbowing their way up to the SB stage...Hmmm

Oh look, favorite old, off the wall crank, Sen. Arlen Specter seizes the day & crows about the ever relevant SpyGate. Damn, I didn't even know he was still alive.

Hang on, folks. We're almost to the bottom of the barrel.

I just love when the SB circus comes to town...

I think he saw all the tail walking around on Media Day (esp. that chick who proposed to Brady) and thought to himself...

"Man, I gotta get in on this!"

Now that we know who's playing the role of the scarecrow, I wonder who's playing the cowardly lion & tin man?

edit: I was kinda disappointed that the only late breaking 'hard hitting' news would be coming from that goof Specter but lo & behold, in the 11th hour to save the day....

Report: Pats employee filmed Rams

Drama, drama, drama...

Funny.... I just saw I Am Legend a couple days ago and I noticed that myself - but I have to agree with Anthony... I think the Pats will put up more.
My prediction is New England 41-17.
Just about a day now till kickoff!!

PATS win easily. It will be the very best season of any team ever in the NFL. THESE PATS COULD AND WOULD BEAT THE 72 Dolphins AS WELL!

GO Brady,...M GO BLUE!

Patriots 7-3 at half
