Default Tony Romo injury report

So, how serious is this thumb injury.

I've heard it isn't broken, and that he's supposed to play
next week.

Also...do you buy the idea that he played so badly because
Jessica Simpson was up there in the booth?

("Male performance anxiety" they called it)

A guy on Milwaukee radio suggested that if Green Bay meets
Dallas in the championship game, we need to make sure that
both Jessica Simpson and Carrie Underwood are sitting up in
the booth.

It doesn't matter who the hell is in the booth. Tony Romo is prone to those kind of games. Always has been, always will be. Doesn't matter if he's semi-injured or not.

I mean, the Cowboys have such a good offensive-line assembled AND such a talented group of receivers to throw the ball to that even Tim Couch could have success in their system.

TONY ROMO = OVERRATED
...and he'll prove it in the post-season.

I kn ow they are making a big deal out of that but has any one realized both the games they reference the one Jessica was at and the terrible game he played last year when carrie was there were both against the Eagles. I have a feeling Jim Johnson may be playing a bigger role in his struggles then the blonde hottie up in the stands.

I couldn't agree more. I really hope he gets exposed during the post season. I have never thought he was anything more then an average QB. If that even.

WOW you guys are killing Romo. In this era of Mediocore QB play he is very good. In the 70's he would be bottom of the barrel. Any way you slice it Romo is a top 5 or 6 QB

You got me mush. I do have a little Rommy koolaid with my Jack sometimes. Still give me 6 Qb's playing right now you would be more confident in then Romo.

If there is any possibility that Romo's thumb was broken, the game would be off the board all over the place in Vegas.

Not only is there a line available everywhere, but as far as I can determine no sports book is even circling the game (i.e., limiting action on it) - so there.

I can give you eight...

Brady, Manning, Roethlisberger, Palmer, Brees, McNabb, Hasselbeck, & Favre.

12 pro-bowlers on that Cowboys team... Romo hides behind them and makes himself look better than he really is. His TEAM is really good. He's just an average QB in a really good system.

I'll give you Brady Manning Favre and Roethlisberger and Hasselbeck and that's still only 5.
