Default Nebraska braces for a QB battle...

QB Joe Ganz has impressed and is said to be battling ASU transfer Sam Keller. Plus Keller was recently arrested on disturbing the peace charges.

I saw Keller a few times in his Pac-10 days. He had a great coming-out party against Purdue in the 2004 Sun Bowl. He's got the tools to be special, but is a major headcase.

During the Nebraska red squad's first four drives at their annual spring game, both Ganz and Keller completed 5-of-6 passes for nearly 250 yards. For the half, Ganz and Keller combined for 18-of-26 passing for 321 yards and two touchdowns.

Well played.

Actually, Nebraska should be pretty solid on defense. They graduate all four starters on the defensive line, but they do return a solid linebacker corps and an experienced secondary.

What is the deal with all these different athletes being arrested. Doesn't their sport keep them busy enough to stay out of trouble?
