I know guys like Bartolo Colon have been known to be throwing 95+ even in late innings.

Several closers have that sort of velocity and Kyle Fahrnsworth can throw that hard regularly, as can Joel Zumaya.
At times, Matt Garza of the Twins can hit 97 on the gun.

Bobby Jenks is one of the closers that fit the category. Mike MacDougall, Joe Nathan, Billy Wagner (maybe not anymore, but formerly), Fransisco Rodriguez, etal can do it as well.

Tim Lincecum can reportedly hit triple digits on the gun. Josh Beckett was known to be able to hit the upper-90s on a consistent basis, not sure if he still can. Scott Kazmir gets it up there pretty quickly as well. I think Brad Penny used to get it into the upper 90s before he had some arm injuries.

Tony Pena of the Diamondbacks often hits 95 to 97 on the gun as does Juan Cruz. Valverde has been known to creep over 95 once in awhile.
