Default Week 2 Overview from ESPN

I think the Navy-Rutgers game will be a good one. Also Nebraska at Wake Forest.

If Texas plays like they did last week, TCU will blow them out, however i look for Texas to rebound strong and put together a good game against the Horned Frogs.

I think Texas will beat TCU, but Mack Brown is going to need to make some changes to his secondary this weekend. The Horned Frogs aren't afraid of going to the air, and there passing game is capable of eating the Longhorns's defense alive.

Don't sleep on South Florida. They have a great young QB in Matt Grothe, they almost beat Rutgers last year and they did beat WV on the road when the Mountaineers had a BCS bowl game berth on the line.

Granted they didn't look great in their opener this year, but neither did Auburn.

Believe me I think USF has a chance. Everyone here in Tampa has their heads in the clouds.

I'm lookin' forward to the Cincy-Oregon State game tomorrow night. New head coach Brian Kelly at the helm for the Bearcats with a more pass-happy offense. We'll see how Grutza does. I'm pullin' for Oregon State though.

Talk about calling it. That was a route.

Grutza didn't even start...Mauk did. I had no clue. OSU quit last night...plain and simple.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to point out once again (buck kicks the dead horse) that it is extremely difficult to go on the road outside your region and win when your opponent is of relatively equal strength.

Not that I'm pickin' on any conference in particular...LOL.

Anyone catch MTS at Louisville? Scorefest 07! 100 points between the two of them. Louisville is gonna lose at some point, their defense and tackling specifically were horrendous.

Louisville needs to fall way down in the polls after that pathetic performance. MTS had 18 rushing yards against Florida Atlantic last week. 265 against Louisville last night. Horrible.

Nice picks Mush. I have three games in mind that I find interesting.

1. I think michigan will take a major arse whipping from Oregon and their version of the spread offense. Look for the Ducks to hand the men in blue the worst beating since Woody Hayes.

2. I feel in this one the nations longest win streak may be in trouble. I think Ty Willingham and company will end Boise State's underdog story with a huge win.

3. Fresno State is famous for slow starts againest big programs. I think we will see these guys come back from, oh I don't know, I'll say 19 points, to send the game into overtime. Yet it will take three OT's to decide this barn burner. A&M wins it by 8.

Note: I also think Arkansas will survive and remain undefeated.

TCU put up a good fight against Texas, but the Horns completely dominated the 2nd half, scoring 34 points in the second half. The Horns defense played a great game tonight and won the game for them by not allowing any touchdowns to TCU.
