he should get suspended for a couple of games once his hand is ok. what is it w/ baseball player hurting themselves doing stupid things? punching walls, phones, water coolers, hauling deer meat upstairs, kicking shopping carts. why not just take your anger out on inanimate objects w/ a bat? there's plently of those around the ballpark.

Rogers deserves a rather lengthy suspension IMO. No place for stuff like that in the game.

What a moron. He's been pitching great this year, so why the two temper tantrums?. Doesn't help my fantasy team either.

I think he will get a rodmanesque suspension which would be 11 games. I also hope that Francona doesnt pick him for the All Star game.

Heehee hauling deer meat upstairs. I heard one guy get injured because he had a bottle of cough syrup in his back pocket, and his teammate pulled his chair away from him, so he landed on that bottle! LOL!!!

Strangest injury I've heard about for a sports figure was Giants' manager Roger Craig cutting his hand on his wife's bra strap.

the fool is gone for 20 games. thats 4 starts. plus $50 grand. i say thats fair. how does Rogers feel the media can be treated w/ zero respect? thankfully he has a long time to think it over.

Well, it's an exhibition game, so I see no harm in that...
