It was so cool to see San Antonio defeat LA in LA. All those movie stars were in shock. lol I don't really see SA winning the series, but I hope they do.

How often does Kobe make a bad play and turnover that cost his team the game? Not often!

Having the Spurs win Game 2 has given me much more interest in watching this series. But it is still over Lakers should do no worse than 4-2.

TD announced MVP... not a bad pick.

Default Game 3

I'd love to see the Spurs win tomorrow night to take a 2 to 1 lead in this series because if that happens, IF that happens, the Lakers will be playing their first must win game on Sunday since really Game 7 of the 2000 Western Conference Finals against Portland. The Lakers can't say the typical crap of, "We're bored. We can turn it on whenever we want". That would be interesting.

Props to Tim Duncan whose done a nice job when he's defended Shaq.

I think though more likely the Lakers love playing on the road more than at home. They're just more focused on the road. Kobe loves it. He gets up for it more and I wouldn't be surprised if the Lakers win Games 3 and 4. You know, just like the 2000 West Finals when the Blazers got home court by winning Game 2 but the Lakers won Games 3 and 4 at the Rose Garden.

Go Spurs! I have a selfish reason to root for them too. If the Kings get to the next round, they own the Spurs. They've beaten them 3 out of 4 times this year and beaten them 3 out of 4 times last year when the San Antonio Spurs had the best record in the N.B.A.

I, too, would love to see the Spurs win one to put the Lakers back on their heels. Unless you're a L.A. fan, you must want the same thing!

Default Lakers bounce back to take Game 3

Well Lakers won tonight like I thought.

Spurs seemed to keep it close but the Lakers came through in the end and now I think it's a good possibility that the Lakers will win this series in 5 games.

Lakers played well. Fisher, O'Neal and Bryant combined for 66 points, 27 rebounds and 12 assists. Wow!

Kobe got like 20 shots in the first half alone, he was really cranking them up their with no modesty, but they got the win, which is what counts. Shaq didn't have his best game, his injuries could allow the Spurs to still win this series.

Kobe has taken over in the last two 4th quarters. He has hit big shots and carried his team to those victories. This series is over but they can play game 5 if they want. Kings are next!!

The difference that sets apart the Lakers and all other teams is their mental composure. Look at the Spurs out there - they're all flustered and no one wants to hit the free throw of take the shot in crunch time. Steve Smith has disappeared and Robinson isn't an offensive weapon anymore. Duncan is being tripled, so it's obvious the Lakers won. The Spurs had and lost their opportunities.

The best thing is that the Lakers are very confident.
