Cool Lace up your LA Gears, it's time to go Back To The Future: 80s songs

I had a complete format about 6 months. Since then I've rebuilt my music collection... to a certain extent. I'm still missing a lot of 80s tunes from my old list, plus I'd love to hear some recommendations. Here's a place where we can share in being corny and list songs from the 80s.

Whoo-hoo... I just remembered Rick Springfield - Jessie's Girl

All kinds really, more emphasize on the corny songs with cheezy synthesizers, but I do like some rock.

Yea, I used to look up websites... I have 5 or so bookmarked, but one problem with 80s songs are you know what they sound like, but you don't remember the name. So I think personal recommendations > compilations.

I just remember Flock of Seagulls this morning, so that tells you... I have some work to do.

Saw them in Jacksonville 5 or 6 years ago.

Did a show in one of the local clubs, wasn't really packed I must say. I went just to hear their one song, I ran

I ran so far away, I couldn't get away.

My wife went to see Rick Springfield not long ago when he was in Youngstown, Ohio. She's all excited that she got to touch his back end.

I wonder if Samantha Fox is going on tour anytime soon. I don't care much for her music, but I could get excited to touch her front end.

I'm torn about Frankie Goes to Hollywood.

It's iconic of 80s music, but it's not really a good song... which is what I guess you can say about 98% of 80s songs.

I liked that song in the 80's but for some reason it doesn't grab me any more.

Twlight Zone: Golden Earing
Dirty Laundry: Don Henley "if I spelt his last name right".

Those 2 still have a good beat IMO.
