Default Who keeps tabs or how can you protect yourself from online gambling sites?

You know, I was looking around and thinking of playing 21 or Craps online along with my Sportbook I do from time to time.

I came across a list of bad online Casinos.

What happens if a Casino doesn't pay?
Is there an agency who handles these things?
Are we protected in any way here?

or are people screwed because the sites are over seas and it is illegal in America?

Bingo!!

Actually, I don't know if the FBI considers this online fraud or not, in which case it might fall under their jurisdiction.

But, there's an easier way to avoid fraudulent offshores online casinos:
Don't patronize them.

Best protection invented.

http://www.osga.com

Offshore Gaming Ass.

I called mybookie and they told me of this site. I called them and if anyone has problems they can file a complaint. Not that if the betting place wants to take your money and run they can stop them but if they want to be in good standing.

Also you can call and ask about a place first.

You might want to try the SCMB's sponsor, LinesMaker.com. They seem to be large and reputable (they're publicly-traded).
