Same team, but different Woodson this time. Charles Woodson spoke out about the coach, but Rod Woodson is now speaking out about the veteran players on the team. From one Woodson to another, they are keeping the tradition.

I've got no problem with R. Woodson going public to criticize "anonymous" vets.

It's an entirely different case than what C. Woodson did with coach Callahan.

More power to R. Woodson.

Regardless of the Woodson, and who he's calling out, this looks like further reason to fire Bill Callahan at year's end, if not before. He's completely lost this team, in particular, the guys who are going to take the place of the living legends still on the team (thinking primarily of Jolley and Porter, but Napoleon, C Woodson, Buchanan and others are likely targets for criticism).

I agree, Dave.

Callahan let C. Woodson smack him.

Then......Woodson smacked him again a couple of days later....lol....and FINALLY called him in for a chat a couple of days after that.

Dude needs spine replacement surgery.

Can you imagine, for example....a player taking public shots at coach Parcells that way..??

Callahan is among the walking dead right now.

Pride and poise...??
Commitment to excellence...??

Uhh....sure.

I can't think of anyone who's played for Parcells take shots at him while still playing for him, though many of the Patriots had choice words for him after the abandoned them in 1997.

He commands respect from his team, and quickly weeds out those who don't buy into his program, getting them gone before they can complain after a game.

Callahan and Gregg Williams seem like very strong buys on the unemployed coach stock market.

Callahan yes, but I wouldn't consign Williams to the scrap heap just yet. A playoff spot for the Bills would rule out any possibility of him being fired, and they're only one game behind Miami and Denver for the last wild card in the AFC. They play Miami at home on December 21st, a game Buffalo should win easily as the Dolphins are more than just bad in cold weather - they're absolutely nonfunctional.
