Default Is Wade Phillips the Right Man for Dallas

I never really liked the guy or his dad Bum Phillips.

But it seems the players like him because he is laid back. Players liking a coach is not always a good thing. But I think Dallas has a lot of talent. I like their running game with Jones and Barber. Terrell owens could have a big year if kept happy or by kissing his butt.

Time will tell they say.

The players have always loved him he just is not a very good Head Coach. I think he has problems making the hard decisions when it matters the most.

I thought he sucked up in Buffalo, and I think he'll suck in Dallas - but that's just fine with me

His track record so far isn't very good, but then again he only has to last one year until Jerry can get the coach he really wants.

The real ?? is Tony Romo. Is anyone convinced he is a starting caliber NFL QB??

Say this for Dallas though: They have been the only consistent team in the NFC East the past two seasons; the other three have been all over the map.

The division should be just as wide open and unpredictable this coming year.
