Default I KNEW Marquette was going to F up!!!

When Channel 2 (here in SoCal) switched over to the Marquette
Stanford game, and Marquette was up by 11, immediately, Stanford
pumped a 3....I said, "Marquette's going to lose..."

I FREAKIN' KNEW IT....

They blow a DOUBLE DIGIT LEAD and blow it in OVERTIME!!

You know why this happens?

Because I have the WORST FREAKIN' LUCK ON THE PLANET!!!!

I have had it up to my EYEBALLS with my teams F-ing UP!!!!!!!

(Thanks TOO to Favre for that F-up interception in the
Championship game...and then QUITTING THE GAME!!)

When Al McGuire was MU's coach, it was the other way around.
If Marquette was behind, you could say "don't worry, they'll win"
and they WOULD.

NOW...when Marquette gets that lead in the big game, it's
"you know what...they'll LOSE in the end."

I am no longer a Marquette fan. F them. As a member of the
Marquette alumni, I will NEVER AGAIN donate money to the
school....or at least as long as they keep putting their crappy
"close, but no cigar" team on the basketball court!!!

Dude, it could be worse. Think about how bad Clemson fans feel. They blew an 18 point lead to a 12 seed in Villanova. At least Marquette lost to a higher seeded team. Or, how about Georgetown blowing a double digit lead to Davidson?

Not much of a consolation, there. I'm still in shock from Favre's
stupid interception...and then Marquette does this to me.

Damn them.

It was just terrible luck. Stanford just kept chucking up prayers that ended up falling. It's really tough to win when your opponent is making shots like Stanford was.

No sympathy from me, Marquette knocked my Wildcats out in the first round.

Makes up for the 1975 game when Kentucky aced Marquette out of
the first round by a 75-54 score (a scheduling F-up, since both teams
were Top 5 ranked, and everyone was saying "what the hell was the
tournament committee thinking?????).
