Five wide receivers in the top 30. Hmmmm, that should please certain people.
But Roethlisberger would be a huge reach at #3 overall because he will take too long to make a serious impact in the NFL. |

Ben Troupe, TE Florida. The guy is really good. He is a very big body with soft hands. He is for real, and 25th isn't too high for him at all.
Lee Evans, WR, Wisconsin. He is a smart reciever who is very fast. The problem is he has had injury trouble and he is short. I like him as a second round pick, but at 24th is rated too highly. DeAngelo Hall, CB, Virginia Tech. A future stud. He is big, extremely fast (4.2, maybe lower?), and has a knack for getting the ball and scoring. Against Miami ripped the ball right out of Roscoe Parrish's hands, Maurice Clarett style, and proceeded to return it for a TD. He had a bunch of picks, and returned quite a few of them. He is an awesome punt returner as well. 10th might be a bit of a stretch, but I think that is close to where he should be. |

But, digital, last I heard, your Fish were ready to drop their #20 pick for Mr Henson... so they must have something in common with Sports Weekly.
IMO, I agree with you, though. No way Henson should be a first rounder. I just don't get it. I really don't. He's a high schooler, football-wise. Maybe a college freshman... He doesn't have a full season under his belt. What a snow job is being performed by Casserly and Henson's agent--gotta be Rosenhaus... Dave

I really like NCS QB Philip Rivers. He's strong and a great passer. I thnk he should go high in the draft. I really like him as the number two QB in the draft. Eli being first.

oh, tell me about it.. and if they would have had the #15 pick they would have done the same thing. The Fin's front office is seriously lacking some brain cells.. so much it makes my freggin stomach churn. How many NFL franchises are too blind to see that the combination of Wannstead and Spielman just doesnt work.. they dont have an eye to pick out talent in the draft and they clearly dont know how to pick up any kind of free agent on teh market. The only thing that combination had really done is pull the trigger for Ricky Williams, but come on, who can really get that wrong? |

A lot of people has some intrigue on Drew Henson because they believe that he may become the next Troy Aikman. I don't neccesarily believe that because he has lost a year or two in football while pursuing the baseball dream.
Underrated--Kenechi Udeze...yes. I heard some reports of the Steelers taking him as their first round pick. One player I don't see on the list is Tulane QB J.P. Losman who I heard was a big prospect for the Dolphins. I'm also very interested in where the WRs, RBs, and DBs head to because they are so closely contested. I'm also disappointed that Keiwan Ratliff isn't on the list, but I can't say I'm surprised. He's an undersized corner whose talent makes up for it in the NCAA. I'm not sure he's a very high NFL prospect based on that size though, especially when he's put one on one against Randy Moss....
