Default This is getting on my nerves

I was making a new game thread but then I thought it wouldn't work so I said to delete but this is what happened:

If something like this happens again, instead of making a whole new thread, you should probably PM a mod. That way they can get to it faster and every one on the boards doesn't have to know about this.

It seems as if some people around here are getting tired of aimless threads, like this, posted.

I know that your intentions are good, but you just need to settle down on making pointless threads that no one cares about.

An example... your thread posting a message you got on AIM, from AIfan. That is great, but no one is going to benifit from reading that.

I know that you mean good, but you just have to go with the flow around here.

Per Marc, we are only supposed to delete threads in extraordinary cases. Otherwise, we just close them, so that's what I did with your thread. Also, I believe only mods can delete threads anyway. You can't, even if you created them.

I think Ellis is right on.

Kevin, you're right, we don't delete posts, but worthless threads get moved. They get closed when the thread serves some benefit, but got out of hand, etc. Finally editing posts happens when part of the post is okay, but part is offensive, trolling, etc. Just clearing that up.
