Default Last.fm

A thread for those of us who have a last.fm account.

Not sure what I'm talking about? Last.fm is a website/program where you can create your own account and have the songs you listen to "scrobbled" to your online account and others can see what kind of music you listen to and even listen to your songs if there is high enough interest.

Got one? Let me know and we can be friends!

I will have to check it out, though I knew about it before. Isn't there something similar called iScrobbler that basically records what you listen to so others can see? I've always listened to RadioParadise.com for Internet radio.

I'm sure that they're all the same at a general level and the only reason why I brought this up is because it's what my friends use and it's easy to understand.

I think there's another service called Pandora or something, tried that?

No, it's actually a software that puts what you listen to on iTunes, Windows Media Player, etc. online onto your profile page and lets others see what you're listening to. It can be an internet radio if you want to listen to your friend's music playlist.

I have heard a lot of these free 'Internet radio' sites are going to be in danger once the new licensing fees kick in sometime this summer.
