Default BCS Title Game: No. 1 Alabama vs. No. 2 Texas

Big game, who you all got? I think Texas pulls off an upset on the back of Colt McCoy being the best QB. Texas 27, Alabama 23

Damn, no comments on the national title game?

McCoy injured on second series! What a letdown. The true freshman, Gilbert, was in way over his head, though he did improve as the game went on. The game was close until the end, but 5 Texas turnovers and the inability to stop Mark Ingram did them in. Frankly, I've never been impressed with Alabama, particularly McElroy, who finished with under 60 yards passing. Had McCoy played, Texas would have won. Their spread offense was having success against the 'Bama defense.

All in all, this was BS, none of us got the game we expected due to a major injury early in the game. But congrats to 'Bama on their first title since '93, and Saban, the lying scumbag that he is, on winning a title with a second team, pretty unheard of.
