Default Any liberals ready to tap out?

Obama is destroying this country, does anyone agree? If not, enjoy the sour Kool-Aid (the only aid you will get!) and at least do yourself a favor and get prepared for a big change in what nobody ever could hope for!

On a serious not,...stock up on canned goods, tuna, veggies, and even some bottled water. But it while you can afford it,...forget all those text messages because they are meaningless and that system will probably be shut down as well.

If you live in a city environment, find an escape plan because you will never, ever survive waiting for government help. God Bless You All!

This fall and winter is going to be very rough for most of you, mainly those of you in big city environments.

Call me crazy now, but don't knock on my door when it hits the fan!

Ok Glenn Beck...

Relax buddy. You may not agree with the dude, but things are just fine.

In fact, many economic indications suggest that the economy is much better than it was one year ago.

Chill out. He's not a muslim, he's not a communist, and he isn't the anti-christ.

Turn of Rush and Beck for a few minutes and take a deep breath.

While I am not an extremist in any way. I do believe the statistics speak for themselves.

I am neither Democrat or Republican, so I will just quote statistics.

Obama job Approval is lower than that of Bush and Clinton.

18.1% Unemployment Rate is higher than it was when Obama was elected

-33 Economic Confidence index and 6 Job Creation confidence are very low, surprising considering one of Obama's ploys was job creation.

21% of the Job market is currently firing workers while a meager 27% is hiring right now both are worse than when President Bush was in office.

Consumer Spending over a 14 day period $69 dollars...

Economic Conditions Good: 11% and Poor 47% and dropping

Economic Outlook 62% Getting Worse

Standard of Living 36% Getting Worse

Live Evaluation 44% Struggling

None of these statistics are significantly better than when Bush was in office, in fact most are worse

Liberals turn a blind eye to Obama's mistakes, and Republicans are to afraid to speak up for fear of being labeled racist.

Obama inherited a bad economic recession, Bush inherited an economic boom. I don't blame Obama at all for the economy. It has improved since he took over. You can quote statistics all day long ... but the bottom line is numbers can be skewed to favor either side of the argument. I like Obama, I'm a little disappointed, but think he's a good President.

Um, where, exactly did you get this number? Unemployment is not now nor has it ever been close to 18.1% in recent history.

While I do not think Obama has necessarily done a lot to fix the economy one cannot overlook the fact that it was circling the drain when he took office.

Sure economic indicators are worse now than when Obama took office but the stark reality of it is that they were already heading south when he took office and at the time Bush left office those inidicators were the worst point they had been during his administration.

From May of '07 through Octover of '08 unemployment went from 4.4 to 6.9%. So, a significant number of folks were already losing their jobs when before the election even occurred. The economy was already spiraling out of control when Obama got elected and there was nothing any President was going to do at that time to fix it be it Republican or Democrat.

Republicans are afraid to speak up because they know the mess we are in is due in large part to them F'ing it up in the first place and turning a blind eye to all the shenanigans banks and lenders were doing with our money.

Take a look at the stock market.

The "crash" occurred right before he took office. Look what it has done since. Nice rebound if you ask me:

Furthermore, the housing industry was saved from complete disaster with the $8,000 tax credit for first time home buyers. Thanks to the tax credit, we saw the largest increase in home sales from month to month in over 30 years.

Job losses have decreased steadily from what they were before he took office.

If you look at the whole picture, many of the Obama policies have saved us from all-out depression.

No because Obama's policies are just pushing us further and further into debt. A crippling debt that our nation may never recover from.

In just one month, ONE MONTH in office Obama's policies single handedly TRIPLED our national deficit. That is simply unacceptable. If Bush had done that people would be screaming for his HEAD.

The bailout was the simple most retarded thing any lawmaker has ever pushed through in the history of the world. It goes wholeheartedly against the policies of the Free Market and the policies with which our country was founded on.

Each and every day we move more and more left, towards complete and pure socialism, each day we move towards the worst possible "solution" out there.

Look at the facts, these policies are purely socialistic, Obama has voted further to the left than the one Socialist Senator in congress. Socialism simply does not work. EVER. And we have socialized medicine, socialized automotive industry, and soon socialized education which is already pretty socialistic anyways.

There are simpler ways to fix the economy, the united states, and healthcare than what obama is doing. Without raising our debt, increasing our taxes or jeopordizing our freedoms.

Obama deserves the blame 100%. Obama has written a check to spend more money than EVERY SINGLE PREVIOUS PRESIDENT COMBINED! His destruction of this country is part of his plan.

Try an Obama experiment at home why don't you?

On payday, let's say you get a $1500.00 check,

....you decide you will write a personal check for 2 million.

,..you fail.

Don't be like Obama!

Doublee, all my stats are courtesy of gallup.com

DETMURDS, I agree that was quite funny.

By the way I don't know how many of you realize this but 90% of buisnesses income is taxed. And with state, federal, social, and city taxes most americans lose well over fifty percent of their paychecks to taxes.

Fresh, with the RCP average poll showing Obama's approval rating being 46.7% and disapproval rating 47.6%, I'm not sure the public agrees with your optimistic take on his presidency. RealClearPolitics - Election Other - President Obama Job Approval

Okay, but Bush inherited a balanced budget and quickly unbalanced it, and let us not kid ourselves we will never make a dent in the debt until we get out of the wars that had no real business getting into in the first place. It is virutally impossible to balance a budget during a time of war.

It was a necessary evil though. Just imagine what unemployment would be at had the government not stepped in and provided assistance.

Also, don't forget that the first bailout was negotiated and signed off on under Bush's watch prior to the election even happening.

Well, if true, their unemployment figures are bogus. According to the U. S. Bureau of Labor Statistics unemployment in June stood at 9.5% not 18.

Doub, there is one thing I've learned through this process...

Reasonable debate with Obama-haters is impossible...

This man could cure cancer, and they'd argue that it "cost too much."

Arguing with these folks is like pissing in the wind. Your reasonable points are just considered socialist propaganda.

I kind of hope they win, and Sarah Palin gets elected, so they can see what would happen if this country went in the direction they wanted. Jim Crow, the Berlin Wall and feudalism.

Let's move backwards, not forward...

It scares me when I hear people say Palin should run. It is hard to imagine, but I think she is dumber than Bush is.

But really it is the conservative way of life. When they are not in power they bash everything from the opposition and offer up few credible solutions themselves of their own.
