Default Top Pitchers in the Bigs

With the discussion going on in another thread about top starters, I thought I'd open this thread to continue it and allow the other threads to remain on topic.
Who do you think are the top 5 starters in baseball right now?

If I can have one starter for one game (ala Game 7 of the World Series):

1) Curt Schilling
2) Roger Clemens
3) Pedro Martinez
4) Randy Johnson
5) Josh Beckett

I would include Mark Buehrle and Bartolo Colon as well. Both are gamers.

Are we talking in his respective prime? Or right now, for the 2006 season?

the question was right now. which is odd that Clemens, Schilling, and Johnson are on everyone's list.

Clemens might not come back. Schilling is a huge question mark, and Johnson looks to be past his prime.

Well then, if it's 2006, I'd take:

Johan Santana
Chris Carpenter
Dontrelle Willis
Carlos Zambrano
Jake Peavy

EDIT: D'oh, forgot Pedro. Replace Peavy with Pedro.

Clemens is on my list because of his insane ERA last season.

I would say the best pitchers for 2006.
I agree about Schilling, Johnson and Clemens. They are all still servicable, but are no longer as good as they once were.

Clemens is a little bit better than servicable. His ERA was 1.87 last year. 1.87!!!! That's incredible in this era (really any era) and the LOWEST number of his Hall of Fame career. His 13-8 record doesn't really tell the story. His WHIP was also 1.008, which was the 2nd lowest total of his in 21 seasons.

Too many good pitchers out there to list just five, so I'll give my Top 5 in each league:

NL
Rocket
Pedro
Dontrelle
Peavy
Hudson

AL
Johan
Roy Halladay
Big Unit
Rich Harden
Bartolo Colon

The American League is terrible comparitively. There must be 10 pitchers better than Colon in the NL.
