Talking Colorado Manager Buddy Bell Fired

Bell finally got his bell rung. It wasn't his fault. Todd Helton and Larry Walker are off to slow starts.

Colorado ranks 16th in team pitching and in 10th in batting.

Larry Walker leads the team in RBI's with 13 and Helton with 12.

This team needs to play some ball and Hampton and Neagle are dead weight.

A lot of stuff hasn't gone the Rockies' way. Hampton has like a 9 ERA and Walker and Helton (I'm feeling it on my fantasy team) are off to atypical starts, as you said, Keith. I don't know about this change, but the Rockies should be better than their record indicates.

The J is on a distinguished road

Yes.......it's true, we're horrible. We play way below potential, (sigh).
Good pitching beats good hitting any day of the week.
