Default That's a LOT of runs...

The Texas Rangers put 30 runs up against the Orioles in a game tonight...

That is crazy. 7 RBI a piece for Jarrod Saltalamacchia and Ramon Vasquez. As well, they hit two grand slams in the game!

Plus, this was the first game of the double header, wonder if anyone stuck around for game two.

And Texas won game 2 9-7. The Orioles allowed 39 runs in a double header. Not good for the team ERA.
I believe this is the highest number of runs in a 9 inning game in AL history (scored by 1 team). And it was in Baltimore as well.

Will anyone score 40 runs in the near future? Yes the Yankees have the hitters to do it.
