Post College Football Pick'em Contest: Week 15

Week 15

Before you make your picks
Please note this week that with a shortage of games in our beloved Division I-A (seven, with one on Thursday), I've thrown in the Division I-AA Quarterfinals. (Marc will rue the day he let me know I had game-picking power :uhoh: )

Saturday, November 29:
Northern Iowa at Delaware, 12:00 PM ET
Western Illinois at Colgate, 12:05 PM ET
Notre Dame at Syracuse, 1:00 PM ET
Western Kentucky at Wofford, 4:00 PM ET
Oregon State at USC, 4:30 PM ET
LSU at Georgia, 8:00 PM ET
Kansas State at Oklahoma, 8:00 PM ET
Fla Atlantic at Northern Arizona, 8:05 PM ET
Boise State at Hawaii, 11:35 PM ET
Army at Navy, 4:00 PM ET (include combined tiebreaker score)

Current Standings:
http://scmb.nspencer.com/PickEm/NCAA2003.html

First-Time Pickers
Welcome to year two of our pick'em game. Everyone is welcome to give their picks. Simply select the team from the 10 featured games above whom you think will win and list them in your post. For the specified game (the tiebreaker), you must post the total combined score of the game in addition to the winning team.

Final Notes
The deadline for posting your picks is before the kickoff of the earliest game listed. You may not post picks after any game in the pick'em has started as your selections will be disregarded. Furthermore, do not complain over the games selected -- there is nothing scientific or exact about it. The goal is to pick the 10 best, most competitive games, period. With that said, good luck!

Southern California Trojans

Oklahoma Sooners
Florida Atlantic Owls
Boise State Broncos
Navy Midshipmen (49)

Remember this name: Jamaal Branch, HB for Colgate. At 6' and 210lbs, this kid has rushed for over 2000 yards and 26 TDs. More to the point, he's a junior. Granted he's a division 1-AA kid, but these kids always get at least a glance from the pros. Colgate's been doing it on his shoulders. It'll be interesting to see if he opts to forgo his final year of eligibility for the draft. Obviously, he won't be a first rounder, or even a second rounder, but he could be first day pick anyway, with good size and a nose for the end zone. I don't know much about his speed today, but I'll know something by tomorrow.
