The only people in my apartment complex are single mothers and drug abusers. While there are a quite a few famous examples of each, none of them happen to live in my surroundings.

The only people in my apartment are College students, while I am sure some of them will be famous one day, currently none of them really are.

An apartment is still an apartment. I'm ready to get a house ... well, a townhouse without a big yard to maintain. Can see myself settling down in the next few years; marriage, house, etc. It's kind of beautiful to see my dreams take shape. No kids for a while, though! Got way too much traveling and things I want to do.

Yeah I understand that Marc, me and my fiancé don't plan on getting married for at least 8 years so we can travel and see the world.

I suppose, me and my girl prolly wont have kids for a while either, haha. I'm actually getting engaged to her next year YAY! But on the DINK idea, that would be sweet, but we arent having a joint account for our money.

Joint Account = BAD IDEA!

In other news, what you all think about getting a prenup? I don't want one but she does and we got in a fight about it the other day so just seeing y'all thoughts.

If you both have assets, and lots of them, maybe a pre-nup is a good idea. When my wife and I got married, we were both pretty much broke and any assets we have now have been gained jointly.

I don't really have a good reason for not wanting one, I guess its more of a symbol of trust for me, that if we don't have a prenup than we actually think we are going to make it and we aren't trying to plan for some supposed divorce down the road. I feel like it's setting up for failure but I dunno.
