I guess option #2 is calling it a day and moving down to Florida...in your basement.

I got my black socks, white tennis shoes and lucky bingo chips ready. When can I fly down?

We once believed in every story you had to tell.

(Reference to the only Pearl Jam song I can think of right now.)

Didn't think you were a fan Rob. Remember you telling me before it wasn't your scene.

Nope, not a fan and even less a fan of 90s rock.

Do you still listen to Tony Bennett?

Occasionally. Still a big fan of jazz, but listen more to people like Miles Davis and David Brubeck than Bennett.

BTW: Nirvana sucked. I never understood why they were so acclaimed.

LOL...don't hold back now.

It was the first time in a long time that music seemed pure and original again. I guess if you had lived thru the 80s you might think differently.

If you like Pearl Jam, did you like Nirvana? I just never got why people think they were so special.

I almost bought McCartney II and Ram on LP today, but decided I didn't feel like spending $12 for the two of them. May go back and get them sometime, though. I'd like to try and get all the 70's McCartney albums and the post-Rubber Soul Beatles albums.

My dad gave me his copy of Let It Be.

Yeah, I liked Nirvana too. Too bad they never had a chance to grow.

It's whatever gets ya messed up Rob. That's all.

I've got those original albums in storage. Not that I'd give 'em to ya.

I may be one of the few, but I really like McCartney's 70s music. Even McCartney II (1980); I think the album was ahead of its time and hit the sound/feel it was going for.

I like it too, not as much as the Beatles stuff, but it's good

90s: I did like The Wallflowers, with Bob Dylan's son. I think they're still around.

I think they are too. Not a fan though. Too light. Not enough pain and suffering.

I agree that they are pretty light.

I ended up buying three McCartney albums today: Band On The Run, Ram, and McCartney II. They were only five bucks a piece, which isn't bad. The place was sold of Beatles LPs; I wonder how much those cost.
