Orange Man...your scores on these things have pretty good. Extensive geography training like me, or mad outcast who gets an almanac and atlas on Christmas and reads them at 3am when he can't sleep?

Who am I kidding? I'm both.

I think it comes from my world geography class two years ago. About every other week we had to color a map of a certain continent and write down every country, its capital and their religion. Also, the luck of the draw on the one i got 93% on gave me the odd ones like Bulgaria and Moldova last.

Orange...

You must have had a good teacher. I minored in geography and had a class in which during the course of the year we had to...

1. name EVERY country in the world
2. name it's capital
3. chief religion
4. official language ( U.S. has no official language)
5. population to the nearest millionith
6. all the oceans
7. major rivers
8. major mountain ranges

Buncha other stuff I don't recall right now. Anyway, it was pretty difficult.

average error 329 miles soxfan? Yikes ! Not to good there.

I would feel smart about my scores on these, being the highest, but if we had an English or math test in here, I'd be running for the hills.

Science too.

Completely lost in all 3 subjects.

I'd give the math test a try, if someone posts one. Hasn't happened this year YET, but years past I've filled in for teachers who were absent and tried to teach math.

Basically I looked at the book and mumbled " numbers?"

92 miles

263s

Some of the timy countries screwed me up since there was no outline of them on the map, like Monaco, San Marino, and Malta.
