LSU lost the game not the refs.

I'm all for not complaining about refs unless it's absurdly blatant (US vs. USSR basketball), but that was a terrible no pass-interference call.
I don't care LSU spanked UA. Hell, I was expecting it. What bothers me is Les Miles, after a 45-3 win, is *****ing about the late hit called on the first play of the game -- a helmet-to-helmet late hit that resulted in Willie Tuitama getting a concussion.

A week later in the Associated Press write-up of the Auburn game he's again complaining, this time that the pass interference wasn't called. But if you watch the replay, the ball was tipped so the hit was legal.

The guy's no Nick Saban when it comes to class.

LSU was robbed, its as simple as that. Shoukd they have scored sooner...yes. Did the refs make a error in a pass-interference call with 30 seconds left? hell yes

funny...a Zona fan mad that LSU stomped them. Heres a tip next time you come to death valley....during pregame warmups...its best to NOT jump up and down on the eye of the tiger at midfield. That only guarantees that your team is getting a butt whoopin.

Didn't he say he wasn't sweating LSU putting the hurt on Zona and expected it? Where's this picture?

He was going to draw us a picture of LSU winning 10-7. The ref screwed it up.

Not that the ball on the PI call in question was uncatchable or anything....

Um, destro, did you not read the post? I couldn't care less about the outcome of that game. What I do care about is Les Miles complaining about a call in the first quarter in a game he won 45-3. To me that's classless, as is pinning a loss on the refs when his team couldn't get a single touchdown the entire game.

Not that this will change anything since Miles and apparently LSU fans will keep crying, but you can see the hand in the picture, having just made the deflection, and there's a hit.

God, where's Keith Hernandez and Roger McDowell when you need them? *back and to the left*

Oh yeah, this just hit the wire in the last hour http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/cfootb...LSU_Calls.html

So after watching the tape the last two days, the conference decided the call was right. Guess they're in on this conspiracy to cheat LSU too, then.

That is not a very flattering picture of Gilbert.
