Default Talks Continue with Brewers, But No Deal Yet for Garza

On Thursday evening the team took the rare step of releasing a statement to respond to reports, including from Ken Rosenthal of MLB Network and FOXSports.com, that the sides were in agreement on a four-year, $52 million contract, pending a physical. Rosenthal later reported that Garza had indeed undergone his physical.

I've seen Garza pitch quite a few times and he has some great stuff. When he's healthy, he can get anyone out. He misses a lot of bats.

I think he's worth the price if the rumored $52M goes through. A good pitcher can propel your team into uncharted territory.
