2010 World Series: Giants vs. Rangers

While lacking big names, it's an intriguing series. Either way, we'll have a new champion and it's refreshing to think it won't be the Yankees, Phillies, Red Sox, or any other big market team again. The Rangers have never been this far and have an ace in Cliff Lee and intriguing story in Josh Hamilton. Tim Lincecum is the man for the Giants. I think the Rangers win this in 7! They just feel like the team of destiny ... who ya got?

I like the Rangers, but the Giants have shown that they are a really "gritty" team. Either team could win and I expect it to go at least 6 games.

Rangers in Seven

but Marc I LIKE THE RED SOX, and they only have a handful of titles since 1918 :)

Rangers in six

There will be a big brawl in this series too!

Pulling for the Rangers, but only because they have never won one.

Giants going for the rings tonight...

So much for all that Rangers love.

The Rangers are a very good ballclub, but I think the better team won this series. Congrats to Bochy & Co.

True Catman,...I just can't stand the city the Giants play in,...but they did have a great 2010 team!

Any major city near Oakland or Berkley is going to be freaks-ville. SF is one of those towns. Beauty is only eye deep in this occasion.

Depends who you ask, while I would never live in San Francisco, the people who live there are no different than any other Americans in any other city.

There are good people and bad people, in every single city, SFO is no different, but the people and the city are good as gold.
