Default Syracuse Wins!!! Final Four! Final Four!

YES!!!!!!

The 'Cuse are still up in the tournament!

Syracuse is keeping the roll going. Sorry, but Oklahoma had to get it today! Carmelo Anthony was a beast and the 2-3 zone kept the Sooners on their heels all day long.

It's a great day to be a Syracuse alum!

The 'Cuse/Oklahoma game reminded me of Marquette/Kentucky with the No. 1 seed getting beaten. Congrats to them. I didn't think a team dominated by underclassmen could do it, but they have gotten to New Orleans.

I had my doubts about the youngsters, too. But Anthony and Edelin played well again. Now the squad is off to the Final Four!

Surprisingly, I never saw the Marquette/Kentucky game. But my boys told me Dwayne Wade went nuts on UK. How do you pull off a triple-double against arguably the best team in the country? You gotta give Marquette their props.

Back to the Orange, I think the game with Texas is gonna be fun. Rebounding is the main thing I'll be worried about. Warrick can't get into foul trouble or Syracuse will have a long day.

But I'm sure Jim Boeheim will have some good scheme to fluster the Longhorns.

Actually, Texas was outrebounded by Michigan State by quite a large margin on Sunday, which I found surprising. I thought the big bodies of Texas would give them much more of a rebounding edge, and it probably will against Syracuse.
