Like I said Tarkus, people in Ohio have a strong identity based on the city of Canton, home of the Pro Football HOF. If you look at a map, anything in the city and north of it is considered "Union," anything south is considered "Confederacy." This is especially true of the old folks, when the line was a stronger divider of people during the industrial days.

Grow up in Youngstown or KB's Akron, you had factories, wide variety of ethnic groups, and a sense of being closely linked to cities like Chicago, Detroit, or Buffalo, basically the Rust Belt. But like I said with my brother who teaches 20 miles south of here, there is a difference. The first time I saw a chicken coop was about 2 years ago when I went down to his school for a football game. Kids there catch turtles in the local pond to make turtle soup. We used to make lemonade and brave the ash and dust to sell to the mill workers down by the railroad to the guys getting off work. Two completely different worlds. I also saw more Confederate flags displayed in front of houses and in car windows down there than I care to stomach. One is too many for me.

Mine:

70% General American English
10% Dixie
10% Upper Midwestern
10% Yankee
0% Midwestern

(This is especially funny considering I actually do live in the midwest, but got 0% in that area.)

This test could really be expanded. By the way, it's not a "water fountain" OR a "drinking fountain", it's a "bubbler". (I think that pretty much gives away my hometown)

The "big 3" tv newscasters (Brokaw, Jennings, Rather) come from South Dakota, Ontario, and Texas. I always thought it'd be more fun to watch if there were more variety in accents though, like maybe someone from the San Fernando Valley and someone from Birmingham, AL doing a newscast. Throw in a South African or a New Zealander and I'd watch every night.

Despite being removed from the Coal Region for more than a decade now I still have some strange pronunciation quirks.

Another test I took pegged me as leaning Dixie, even though I'm from PA. I think this one's more accurate.
