IMPORTANT: Don't forget to designate three games as Best Bets. These are used to break ties between pickers with the same overall record; if no Best Bets are included the picker is placed behind all others who have the same overall record.

Deadline for posting picks is kickoff of earliest game listed.

Any unpicked game counts as an automatic loss, even if game ends in push vs. spread. If a poster has left a game unpicked, the selection on that game may be added at any time before the kickoff of the earliest game played that week (if I notice that someone has left a game unpicked, I will attempt to contact the poster by sending a private message; however there is no guarantee that I will catch every single one, especially in the case of picks posted very late in the week. Under no circumstances can any pick be changed (from one team to the opposing team, or changing a Best Bet from one game to another) once it has been posted.

Pushes count as ties (half a win and half a loss) in calculating both overall record and record in applicable tie-breakers.

WEEK 17 TIE-BREAKER GAMES

Next week, there is only one nationally-televised game (Dallas at N.Y. Giants, Sunday night; there is no Monday night game next week). Therefore there will be four designated tie-breaker games; however, the procedure used to identify these four games will be based on the playoff scenarios, rather than the combined won-lost records of the teams in each game. Specifically, priority will be given to games that have playoff implications for both teams; if there be not four such games, next priority is given to games that have playoff implications for one team.

"Playoff implications" are defined in this order:

1. A team may or may not make the playoffs, depending on the result of their game alone, or their game in combination with another or other games.

2. A team has clinched a playoff spot but may or may not win a division title, depending on the result of their game alone, or their game in combination with another or other games.

3. A team has clinched a division title but may or may not earn a first-round bye, depending on the result of their game alone, or their game in combination with another or other games.

4. A team has clinched a first-round bye but may or may not earn home-field advantage throughout the playoffs in their conference, depending on the result of their game alone, or their game in combination with another or other games.

The order of priority listed above will be used to identify the four designated tie-breaker games in the event that five or more games meet the criteria for having "playoff implications," either for both teams or for one team, within each segment. If there be not four games that even have playoff implications for one team, the criteria that were used prior to Week 15 will be used to select the remaining games, except that any game involving a team that has clinched home field throughout the playoffs in their conference will not be considered.
