Default Iverson is too Much for Jordan and the Wiz

Philadelphia beat Washington Tuesday night behind the shooting of Allen Iverson to win 91-84. Iverson had 34 points and Jordan had 30. Iverson scored 22 of his 34 points in the second half. Jordan had 28 points in the first half, but ran out of gas in the second half. Both players are fun to watch.

Jordan Exploded in the first half, It was tough obviously for the Wizards to win simply because they are without Richard Hamilton a key 20-25 point guy.

....exactly why I would've chosen Iverson over Jordan for the starting spot in the All-Star Game.

u guys actually think the wizards can even think bout contending with the sixers...?

the wizards only got two scorers (jordan & hamilton) and no type of team defense...

meanwhile the sixers got three pure scorers (iverson, mckie, coleman) and 'bout 3 or 4 other guys that can feed off that scoring and make big shots (snow, claxton, mutombo..), and THEY ARE THE BEST DEFENSIVE TEAM IN THE LEAGUE...

the wizards cannot do what the bulls did... which is win a championship off of michael jordan and a appointed sidekick... in chicago it was pippen and in washington is hamilton (although hamilton is all-around better than pip)...

You consider Mckie and Coleman scorers? Now that's a joke if I've ever heard one. Fact of the matter is, once the playoffs begin, it's anyones game to make it to the finals.

The 76ers all of a sudden have more then one scorer? Let me see here, Iverson not playing the first five games of the regular season the Sixers go 0-5. Enough said.

Iverson and Jordan are both starting in the all star game. It's paul pierce, jason kidd that missed out on the starting spots
