Default Nutt expected out at Arkansas...

Houston Nutt is not expected to return next season as Arkansas football coach, multiple sources told ESPN.com Friday night.

Nutt and brass were pretty ticked about ESPN claiming it's going down. If true, where do the Pigs go from here?

Butch Davis. Think he wouldn't leave North Carolina after one year? Arkansas is a football school, UNC is a hoops school. Arkansas will offer him more money and he becomes a state-wide hero in Arkansas. He's always going to be behind Roy Williams and Carolina hoops. That job was just a stepping stone to bigger and better things.

Yeah, that has been the hot rumor around here for the past month or so ever since it appeared that Arkansas was going to take a step back and not contend in the SEC the way they did last season. The thing is that UA is not rumored to be offering any more than what UNC would be able to match to keep him and they are only rumored to be offering a 4-year deal. So, either Arkansas is going to have to up the ante or Butch is willing to go back home for less.
