Default Who Will Win the AL Wild Card??

The Indians are hot right now and have the easiest schedule remaining, but the Yankees are the Yankees and the A's will rebound. Who is it?

Don't discount the Twins they are only 2.5 back and may have the best pitching of the top four teams in the wildcard race.

I'd say Twins or As due to pitching. Is this where I pat myself on the back for saying the Mulder trade would be good for the As? (knock on wood)

If the Twins get any hitting down the stretch, they can win. If they continue hitting the way they did after the All Star break, they will find themselves on the outside looking in. In this case, the A's should do it.

I like how 3 people mentioned the As in posts, but they've got zero votes in the poll

Off the A's bandwagon.....and right onto the Indians bandwagon. Hafner/Peralta/Sizemore/V-Mart are killing people and I think C.C. will pitch big down the stretch.

The A's are my second choice to win. I like them to win their division or not make it.

i didnt vote for anyone. my vote would go to the AL West loser- either the A's or the Angels not one of them specifically.

I'd say Indians just cause they were crap all year and have now started to catch on fire at the best possible time. They have a solid young lineup with some talented young pitchers both in the rotation as well as in the pen.

If the Twins had Torii Hunter I would say them, but without, I say the A's always seem to squeeze in somehow.

I like the A's pitching, I like the Yankees and Angels talent, and the Indians are just on fire. It's a tough one to call, but I've grudingly got to give the nod to New York, simply for their experience.

I'm still not sold on Cleveland, maybe I'm just use to them being bad

Yes the Indians are hot, but I think the NY Yankees will prevail. Their hitting is very good and their starting pitching is getting better. Especially with Jaret Wright being back and Chacon pitching well. Only if Randy Johnson can get back on track will they do real well.
