Okay, here it is.....

The season's just "aboot" a week old, and my Bolts are 2-0 and looking great!!!:thumbsup2:

Many magazines have the Ducks making their way back to the Stanley Cup finals this year. What does everyone else think?

I think its impossible for my Flyers to do worse then they did last year. Danny Briere....best 10$ million the Flyers have spent in the past decade.

My lack of cable means I don't get to watch games, but I'm still interested....keep posting, talk about how your team is doing, what you think of this and that! This is one of the ways I get some hockey in.

Go Isles!

The Flyers are a much improved team. The Isles need to find some more scoring. I think that the Isles will turn it around soon. Nolan is a great coach.

The Canes appear to be re-establishing themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the East. They are back to dominating on the power play and Cam Ward dropped 15 pounds over the summer so that he would be more agile in the net.

Mmm...back to back shutouts. All those draft picks that sucked the past 2 years are finally panning out it seems.

It was nice to see the Pens finally figure out how to score and look like the team of last season.

I hate the Senators. It was nice to see them blow 2 goal leads twice last night.

And at least the Islanders lost today.

Last night was the turning point in the season. The Pens are moving on up.

Wha'd everyone think of the outdoor game? I thought it was pretty sweet! A fitting end with it going down to a shootout in the snow.

It was cool, but they had at least one long delay in the middle of it to patch up some ice. Other than that I say :thumbsup2:

Awesome!!! It had 70,000 fans and was a real spectacle, highest rated game in years. As they said on PTI, the NHL should make a weekly outdoor game of the week and nationally televise it. It would do wonders for the game's popularity. Have it in frigid places in Canada and the Northeast ... even I would watch hockey with snow and ice coming from the sky. Love this idea...
