Default your fave players and why

mine are
Sampras --Because he is the best.
Agassi-- he's the second best
Guga Kuerten--he is colorful.

Steffi Graf-- she's just great at tennis--nice form, fast, a champ, and not an arrogant one
Monical Seles--i dont' know why, but i just like to watch win.

I like Sampras and Agassi as most do, but I also like Roddick because he is an energic and young American with a lot of potential. As for the women, I like Hingis and Serena Williams.

Let's see,

Pete Sampras
Andre Agassi
Goran Ivanisevic

Those would be my top three men's players of all time.

Serena Williams
Anna Kournikova
Jennifer Capriati

Would be my woman's.

Another one to watch is Daniela Hantuchova -- she's got potential and game.

I enjoy seeing Blake do well lately, and I love watching Hewitt, he is so determined. I have never seen him just give up on a game no matter what the score.

But my fav has to be Sampras. The serve and volley game. So sweet!

Women. Serena - because it is fun to see someone setting the new standards for womens tennis. The Williams sisters are chanign the way women need to approach tennis. These are the women to beat, the bar has been raised.

BUT (but again) Hingis is my favorite. She is so smart on the court. I think she is he smartest player on tour, she just doesn;t have the power. She anticipates great! Knows what to do and when. Amazing!

i agree that the Williams have certainly brought tennis to another level... sure they're strong players and have been dominating.
but one thing, if they worked on their form a bit--it would help.
check out Steffi Graf and some of the other older players--they have beautiful tennis form. their game is not just power and wacking that green sucker.

I don't know if the Williams sisters will ever have pretty tennis games. Their game is power, not form or finesse.

yup-- exactly, no form or finesse.
