:lol: I deleted the video, it was crappy on my iPhone, he was so small in it that it was hard to see. BUT I will take one next time he appears. My office can't wait!

So I started P90X to get toned up for South Beach. Two days in, I am sore!!! But it feels good. I'm surprised how many people I know actually did this. The idea is muscle confusion so your body never adapts and plateaus (like I did going to the gym). With the varied workouts, it keeps your body guessing. I'm going to get CUT!

That is the problem with those who go to the gym and plateau. They never vary their workouts. My wife and I ran into that and started changing up the workout by mixing in some jogging with the brisk walks and adding more weight to the weight training and taking some yoga classes. Your body starts to condition itself to the same old workout routine so what you are doing is no longer effective because the body has adpated to that workout routine.

I have also read that upping your calorie intake for a few days and then cutting it back helps as well.

Whew, I am pretty sore after 4 days of P90X. Tonight is legs. Last night, I did yoga for the very first time with my girlfriend. I think I enjoyed watching her do it in spandex more than anything.

But I think being sore is a sign of it working. Thumbs up!

Yeah, I did yoga for the first time with my wife this week and that was no joke. I was stiffer than I thought I would be the next morning.
